Codes Of Ethics
I-1.1—To be familiar with the knowledge base of early
childhood care and education and to stay informed
through continuing education and training.
I-1.7—To use assessment information to understand
and support children’s development and learning, to
support instruction, and to identify children who may
need additional services.
4. We shall advocate for equal access to high quality services and supports for all children and
families to enhance their quality of lives.
I chose these three codes of ethics because it has become part of my professional life. I believed it is the foundation of what is needed for anyone who is or will become a educator. And, as I continue on with my education and training, my knowledge will enhance and broaden to identified what my students' needs. As a professional, I will always need to advocate for equal access to high quality services and supports for all children and families to enhance their quality of lives
